Inspire creativity by changing the color of your flash output to Red, Yellow, Green or Blue. The color filters are designed to be used with your Lightsphere Collapsible.

Red, Green, Blue and Amber were used, but on the last image both blue and red
were 1/2 way overlapped to give a purple gradient.

Here is another technique with gels, one I devised called the "reverse custom white balance technique.  I custom white balance one of the images to the gels while holding the gel over the lens.  Then I use that image as the reference image, and set that as neutral. 
In short, whatever I balanced to becomes the "opposite color" of the gel (blue becomes yellow, green becomes magenta, etc)
